Single parchment leaf heavily darkened, double columns, traces of pencil ruling. Parchment dimensions 163 x 110 mm, total written space 120 x 90 mm, space between columns 8 mm, text columns 40 mm, 28 lines per column. Later Italian note in upper margin verso, modern pencil note reading "13th century" lower margin recto, contemporary footnote in Latin in lower margin verso. Red and faded blue initials; in a neat, heavily compressed Gothic textualis. Two tiny faces have been drawn in the initial I of In (first line, second column recto) and the U of Uigilate (first line, first column verso).
