Leaf from Antiphonal containing the Sanctus and Alma chorus domini hymns. First line 1r: ac mediator Agnus ouis vitulus serpe(n)s. First line 1v: Benedictus qui venit in nomine do[mini].

Physical Description: Parchment with minor darkening and some warping, slight spotting to verso; single leaf written in a single column, ruled for musical notation in pencil and red ink. Parchment dimensions 355 x 244 mm, written space 265 x 156 mm recto and 195 x 160 mm verso, 19 lines recto and 14 lines verso. Neat and expansive Gothic textualis with square musical notes, one decorated red and blue initial on recto with a singing face in red ink attached, other decorated initials in red and brown ink, four with charming faces drawn within the outline of the letter. Small circle quartered by a cross in light brown ink in lower margin of verso.
