Master of St Leonard's Hospital, York, claiming against John de Langton of Huddleston, kt., and Euphemia his wife.

Common of turbary in 200 acres moor at Heslington, which the Langtons were claimaing as appurtenant to a messuage and 16 bovates land which they held. The master claimed that the damage extended to £40.

Arrangements made for trial by combat, but the Langtons had defaulted.
