William Carr of Heslington, yeoman; Nicholas Edmund Yarburgh of Heslington Hall, esq.
Yarburgh is to retain £150 from £840 paid to Carr for 18a. copyhold land in Heslington, as indemnity against charges for annuity of £20 charged on the lands for benefit of Jane Carr (mother to William) for life, and payment of £150 to her daughter Mary after her death. Yarburgh also retains Carr's title deeds to a messuage at Heslington as similar indemnity.
