Tithes of corn and hay in Pollington and Balne, with the reversions thereof.

Annual payments of £4-14-4d. to Crown for Pollington tithes, and 26/- to Lister for the Balne tithes, at Haxbie tomb in York Minster, or wherever that tomb now is, with immediate distraint if unpaid.

No encumbrances, apart from rents, and 1 lease made to Charles Rickard of which 9 years remains after Michaelmas, for which Lister to pay £10 per annum to Waller.
