For life, at 1d. per annum (if demanded), beginning at Lady Day 1642.
Nicholas also to save Sarah against £10 rent charge from 25 acres land lately belonging to the dissolved priory of Snaith, in the east and west fields, and north ings, of Snaith and Cowick, made to James Watt and Marie his wife for their joint and separate lives, and thereafter to the provision of a second minister for Snaith parish church, by indenture dated 22 May 1640.
In view of the rent charge, Nicholas Yarburgh may enter on the lands.
