Walter Jobson of Brentingham, Esq., Michael Jobson of London gent., his brother and heir apparent; Thomas Yate of Wytney, Oxon., gent., Margaret his wife.
Walter Jobson covenants with Yate that Michael Jobson will marry Margaret, Yate's daughter, before the next Feast of the Purification.
Before the feast of St Andrew next, Walter Jobson will levy a fine to Walter Floyd and Leonard Yate (son of Leonard Yate) and heirs of Walter Floyd of all the Priory of Snaith in such manner as Yate's Counsel advise.
To use of Walter Jobson and his heirs, until Michael Jobson and Margaret Yate marry; thereafter to use of Walter for term of life of Michael Jobson; thereafter to use of Margaret, widow of Michael Jobson, until the 1st October following her death; thereafter to use of Walter Jobson and his heirs.
Covenants that the lands will continue to be worth £100 per annum over & above all charges; that there are no encumbrances; & warranty of title for 7 years hereafter.
If Michael Jobson dies during the lifetime of Walter Jobson, the latter will hold the lands as tenant or farmer of Margaret, Michael Jobson's widow, at annual rent of £100.
