The Breeding Birds Survey and its predecessor the Common Birds Census are national schemes jointly developed and run by the British Trust for Ornithology (BTO), the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) and the Joint Nature Conservation Committee (JNCC), in order to monitor population trends across widespread breeding birds.
These records relate to sites in Yorkshire administered by Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.
